In order to satisfy customer requirements, we had established & implemented Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
We control critical parameters i.e. ID & OD within 15 µ, Symmetricity, Concentricity or Perpendicularity within 10 µ, Keyway width within 20 µ, Co-ordinate Position within 50 µ, Surface Finish up to 0.4 Ra/1.4 Rt.
For this we use Run Charts, Statistical Process Control studies i.e. Cp / Cpk analysis, Histogram, R & R Study. We submit PPAP while sample submission.
We also give Material Test Report & Pre Dispatch Inspection Report along with each Supply.
